JOE (& WENDY)'S CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
I have taught massage and bodywork to both professional massage therapists through my Continuing Education classes here and anyone else in the general public who wants to learn how to give a truly wonderful massage through my Couple's Massage Workshops at Power of Touch Workshops for over 10 years.
In addition, starting in 2023, my wife, Wendy Lavin, who is an extremely accomplished physical therapist and teacher with over 20 years of experience, is going to be teaching all of my Massage and Bodywork classes with me. She will bring a Ph.D. level of anatomy and physiology understanding to my classes as well as a completely different way of assessing and treating your clients!
CONTINUING EDUCATION
I am a Nationally Approved NCBTMB provider of Continuing Education for licensed massage therapists and practitioners. My goal is to create workshops and classes that truly inform, challenge and inspire massage therapists to move beyond their current therapeutic skill sets and understandings
COUPLES MASSAGE WORKSHOPS
I created the Power of Touch Couples Massage Workshop in 2011 to teach couples how to give eachother world class massages in private or small group settings. Since then I have had over 3,000 couples and several individuals attend a workshop with nothing but big smiles and 5 star reviews
